Order details — the services and quantities you order, your order reference, and any documents or information you send us to complete that order. Technical data — with your consent only, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymised usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) to help us understand how the site is used. 03. Why we process your data, and on what legal basis
To respond to your enquiries and provide information (legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form). To process and fulfil an order you place, including invoicing and any statutory record-keeping (legal basis: performance of a contract; compliance with tax obligations). To improve this website, only where you have accepted Analytics cookies (legal basis: your consent, revocable at any time).
04. Who your data is shared with
We do not sell your data. It may be shared with: our hosting provider, solely to operate this website; Google, as the provider of Google Analytics 4, only if you have accepted the Analytics cookie category — Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses; the postal or courier service you select, where you order physical delivery; the relevant public authority, only where you have asked us to lodge a document on your behalf (for example, an apostille request).
05. How long we keep your data
We keep order-related data for as long as required by Spanish commercial and tax law (generally up to six years), and any documents you send us for the duration needed to complete your order plus our 14-day correction guarantee window, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Contact-form enquiries that don’t lead to an order are kept for no longer than 12 months.

Under the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability.
