- Word count — pages are counted in 250-word units; part-pages round up to the next full page.
- Turnaround — Standard, Express (+50%) or Rush (+85%), shown before you order.
- Physical delivery — a sealed copy by post or courier adds a flat delivery fee, chosen at checkout.
- Apostille official fees — passed through at cost, on top of our €48.00/€72.00 service fee.

Yes. Every price on this site includes Spanish IVA at 21%. At checkout we show the breakdown — base amount, IVA, and total — for your records.
What counts as "a page"?
One page = 250 words of source text, our industry’s standard unit. A 400-word document counts as two pages; part-pages round up to the next full page.
Why do Express and Rush cost more?
Faster turnaround means reprioritising your document ahead of other work, sometimes outside office hours. The surcharge is a fixed price shown before you order — never negotiated after the fact.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, on most items — usually 2 pages, or the minimum shown on each item’s order page. This covers the fixed cost of scoping even a very short document.
