How it works
What happens after you order.
Four steps, the same for every service — with one extra for sworn work that needs a physical seal.
From order to delivery
Send
You place your order — no upload required. Add your item to the cart, choose a variant and quantity, and check out.
- How long
- A few minutes.
- What we need from you
- The service you need, the page count or duration, and your target turnaround.
Confirm & pay
You receive an order reference and order summary. We contact you to confirm scope and arrange payment (checkout currently runs as a demonstration).
- How long
- Same business day, or the next business morning outside office hours.
- What we need from you
- Confirmation of the details on your order summary.
Translate & certify
A translator or interpreter working in your language pair and domain handles your document. Sworn work is reviewed, then signed and sealed.
- How long
- Within your chosen turnaround — Standard 3–5 business days, Express 24 hours, Rush 12 hours (page-based items).
- What we need from you
- A clear, legible copy of your source document; nothing further unless we have a question.
Deliver
You receive your signed digital copy by email. If you chose a physical delivery method, your sealed copy follows by certified post or courier.
- How long
- Digital delivery is immediate on completion; physical delivery follows the method’s estimated timeframe.
- What we need from you
- A delivery address, if you’ve chosen a physical copy.
Standard, Express or Rush
See the full Standard / Express / Rush table on the pricing page.
What we need from you
- — A clear, legible scan or photo of your complete source document (including stamps, seals and the back page, where relevant)
- — Photo ID, for sworn work where the receiving institution requires it
- — A delivery address, if you've chosen a physical sealed copy
- — A prompt reply if we have a question — delays on our questions can affect your delivery date
Confidentiality
Your documents are handled only by the translator and reviewer assigned to your order. We don't share client documents with third parties beyond the specific authority you're submitting to, and we don't use client content to train any AI system. An NDA is available on request for legal, technical, medical and business projects.
What "sealed and issued" actually means
A sworn translation isn't finished when the text is right — it's finished when it's signed, in ink, and stamped with the translator's seal, page by page. That signed original is what some institutions ask to see. Choose a physical copy at checkout and we send it by certified post or courier; the digital signed PDF is included on every order regardless.
