Subtitling & Transcription
Subtitles and transcripts, priced by the minute you actually have.
from €1.90 / minute
Spoken content is unsearchable and unusable until someone turns it into text. Subtitling & Transcription does exactly that: a timed subtitle file for a video (with an optional styled, burned-in export), or a written transcript of a recording, either clean-read for readability or verbatim for the record. It's the only service on this site priced by media time rather than word count or hours — tell us how many minutes of audio or video you have, and the cost is immediate.
What's included
- Subtitle file (.srt/.vtt) or transcript, timed to your source
- Optional styled, burned-in subtitle export
- Choice of clean-read or verbatim for transcription
- A signed digital copy delivered by email
- 14-day correction guarantee

How pricing works
Subtitling and transcription are both priced per finished minute of your source media. A 10-minute video runs roughly €65 (subtitle file only) to €89 (with a styled, burned-in export). A 45-minute interview transcript runs roughly €86 (clean-read) to €108 (verbatim).

A compliance team needs a verbatim transcript of a recorded meeting or hearing for the record — every word, including false starts, exactly as spoken.
Social/video content
A content creator needs accurate, well-timed subtitles for a video going out in a new language market, with an optional styled, burned-in export ready to publish.

Frequently asked questions
What’s the difference between subtitling and transcription?
Subtitling delivers a timed subtitle file (and, optionally, a styled burned-in export) ready to publish with your video. Transcription delivers a written text of the audio, without timing.
What’s the difference between "clean-read" and "verbatim" transcription?
Clean-read removes filler words for readability; verbatim keeps every word, including false starts and filler — the version usually required for legal or compliance records.
How is a "finished minute" counted?
By the length of the source audio or video, not the number of speakers or the word count — a 10-minute recording is 10 finished minutes, however many people are speaking.
Can you translate the subtitles into another language too?
Yes — tell us the target language when you order; translated subtitle files are priced the same per finished minute.
Get your subtitles or transcript.
Priced per finished minute, so you know the cost before you send the file.
